Collective Member definition

Collective Member or “Member of the Collective” means all persons employed by Defendant as a Call Center Employee during the Relevant Period and who have not otherwise released or extinguished their claims.

  • At the end of the calendar year, the Settlement Claims Administrator will issue each Participating Collective Member who has cashed a check an IRS Form W-2 for that portion of the Participating Collective Member’s settlement payment which is being treated as wages, and an IRS Form 1099 for the portion of the Participating Collective Member’s settlement payment which is being treated as liquidated damages, penalties, and interest.
