Collective Member definition

Collective Member means a Person who:
Collective Member means an individual who is a member of the Collective.
Collective Member or “Member of the Collective” means the Plaintiffs and all other individuals who have filed timely and valid consent to join forms in the Xxxxxxx or Hautur actions as of May 24, 2016 (using a three (3) year FLSA statute of limitations from the date that their consent form was filed with the Court to determine if their dates of employment as an ASM make their consent form timely1) and who have not been dismissed with prejudice from the Xxxxxxx or Hautur actions as of the Preliminary Approval Date (as defined in Section 1.31). For the purposes of this Stipulation, the Collective Members shall be deemed “Participating Claimants.”

  • Individuals who contact the Claims Administrator who are neither an FLSA Collective Member, a State Law Class Member, nor an individual with a claim of being a State Law Class Member will be read a script by the Claims Administrator as agreed by and between the Parties which explains that, according to the Claims Administrator’s information, they are not part of the Settlement.

  • Requests by individuals to be identified as a State Law Class Member or FLSA Collective Member and disputes to weeks worked must be received by the Claims Administrator by the Claim Form Deadline or will be deemed to be waived.

  • Faculty Member means any person hired by the college or District to conduct classroom or teaching activities or who is otherwise considered by the college to be a member of faculty.

  • Initial Member has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.

  • Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member.
