Executive Member definition

Executive Member means any elected member of the authority appointed to the executive of that authority;
Executive Member means any duty elected or appointed governing member of a Club or Course Union; and
Executive Member means a person elected or appointed to the Executive;

More Definitions of Executive Member

Executive Member means an executive member of the Board of Directors who is either an executive member of the Board of Directors or is to be treated as such by virtue of regulation 1(3) (i.e. the Chairman of the Trust or any person nominated by such a Committee for appointment as a Trust member).
