Closing Settlement Price Level definition

Closing Settlement Price Level means an index calculated and published by Bloomberg from time to time in accordance with the Handbook, in each case by reference to the performance of an Unhedged Classic Composite Commodity Index and movements in the exchange rate of a specified currency against the US Dollar, more information on which can be found in Part 3 (The Bloomberg Commodity Index Family) and “Classic Composite Commodity Indices” means all of themmeans an index calculated and published by Bloomberg from time to time in accordance with the Handbook, in each case by reference to the performance of an Unhedged Classic Individual Commodity Index and movements in the exchange rate of a specified currency against the US Dollar, more information on which can be found in Part 3 (The Bloomberg Commodity Index Family) and “Classic Individual Commodity Indices” means all of themmeans in relation to any Commodity Index and a day (the “Index Day”) the published closing settlement price level of such Commodity Index published for the Index Day, provided that if (i) the Calculation Agent notifies the Issuer by no later than 11.59 p.m. on the first General Trading Day after the Index Day that there is an error in the published value for the Index Day and that a corrected value is expected to be published within a reasonable period of time and Bloomberg publishes an amended or corrected closing settlement price level for such Commodity Index and the Index Day by no later than 11.59 p.m. (New York time) on the first General Trading Day after the Index Day or (ii) Bloomberg publishes an amended or corrected closing settlement price level for such Commodity Index and such day by no later than 11.59 p.m. (London time) on the first General Trading Day after the Index Day, the Closing Settlement Price Level for such Commodity Index and the Index Day shall be such amended or corrected closing settlement price level and provided further that if the Calculation Agent provides a substitute value of any Commodity Index in respect of any day as provided in Condition 14, the Closing Settlement Price Level for such Commodity Index and such day shall be such substitute value

Closing Settlement Price Level means in relation to any Commodity Index and a day (the “Index Day”) is the published closing settlement price level of such Commodity Index published for the Index Day, provided that if

Related to Closing Settlement Price Level

  • Maximum Settlement Amount means $500,000,000 as amended or modified in accordance with Appendix E.

  • Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.

  • Settlement Price Date means the Valuation Date. "Valuation Date" means the Redemption Valuation Date.

  • Net Settlement Amount means the Gross Settlement Amount, less the following payments in the amounts approved by the Court: Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Representative Service Payment, Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, and the Administration Expenses Payment. The remainder is to be paid to Participating Class Members as Individual Class Payments.

  • Daily Settlement Price means the settlement price for a Swap calculated each Business Day by or on behalf of BSEF. The Daily Settlement Price can be expressed in currency, spread, yield or any other appropriate measure commonly used in swap markets.

  • Gross Settlement Amount means $633,000.00 which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement except as provided in Paragraph 9 below. The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Class Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees, Class Counsel Expenses, Class Representative Service Payment and the Administrator’s Expenses.

  • Cash Settlement Amount means the “Cash Settlement Amount” as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Paragraph 6.

  • Underlying Reference Closing Price Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the Closing Level in respect of such day.

  • Net Share Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Warrants exercised or deemed exercised on the relevant Exercise Date, (ii) the Strike Price Differential for the relevant Valuation Date and (iii) the Warrant Entitlement.

  • Disruption Cash Settlement Price means in respect of each Security, an amount in the Settlement Currency equal to the fair market value of the Share Amount (taking into account, where the Settlement Disruption Event affected some but not all of the Shares comprising the Share Amount and such non-affected Shares have been duly delivered as provided above, the value of such Shares), less the cost to the Issuer of unwinding any underlying related hedging arrangements, all as determined by the Issuer.

  • Final Settlement Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(b).

  • Post-Closing Adjustment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c).

  • Closing Adjustment Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(c).

  • Daily Settlement Amount for each of the 40 consecutive Trading Days during the Observation Period, shall consist of:

  • Final Settlement means permanent settlement of the Contractor’s actual allowable costs or expenditures as determined at the time of audit, which shall be completed within three years of the date the year-end cost settlement report was accepted for interim settlement by the State. If the audit is not completed within three years, the interim settlement shall be considered as the final settlement.

  • Final Settlement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e).

  • Estimated Adjustment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(a).

  • Put Price has the meaning set forth in Section 8.05(a).

  • Purchase Price Adjustment Escrow Amount means $500,000.

  • Physical Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date for which Physical Settlement is applicable, an amount in cash equal to the product of (a) the Forward Price in effect on the relevant Settlement Date multiplied by (b) the Settlement Shares for such Settlement Date.

  • Purchase Price Adjustment shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.02.

  • Call Settlement Date means the fifth Business Day following the last Index Business Day in the Call Measurement Period.

  • Price Adjustment means any and all price reductions, offsets, discounts, rebates, adjustments, and or refunds which accrue to or are factored into the final net cost to the hospital outpatient department or ambulatory surgical center.

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Operating Agreement, section 3.3. PJM Tariff, Xxxxxx, O.A.T.T., OATT or PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff: “PJM Tariff,” “Tariff,” “O.A.T.T.,” “OATT,” or “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff” shall mean that certain PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter. Plan:

  • VWAP Purchase Price means the lesser of (i) the Closing Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date; or (ii) ninety-seven percent (97%) of volume weighted average price for the Common Stock traded on the Principal Market during normal trading hours on (A) the VWAP Purchase Date if the aggregate shares traded on the Principal Market on the VWAP Purchase Date have not exceeded the VWAP Purchase Share Volume Maximum and the Sale Price of Common Stock has not fallen below the VWAP Minimum Price Threshold (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction), or (B) the portion of the VWAP Purchase Date until such time as the sooner to occur of (1) the time at which the aggregate shares traded on the Principal Market has exceeded the VWAP Purchase Share Volume Maximum, or (2) the time at which the Sale Price of Common Stock falls below the VWAP Minimum Price Threshold (to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction).

  • Closing Stock Price means the Stock Price as of the last day of any Performance Measurement Period.
