Client Interface definition

Client Interface means the software layer made available by the cloud computing service provider to the ISCR allowing the latter to manage its cloud computing resources.
Client Interface means the mechanism by which a user interacts with an application, service or system. In the context of this document, the term generally means the way by which the user views, receives, sends, organizes or otherwise interacts with the environment/solution – but may also refer to the interaction between other system users (administrators and individuals with other roles) and the respective components of the solution.
Client Interface means Bluelock's portal and/or other software user interfaces through which Client Authorized Administrator or a Representative may access the adjustable settings or features of the Client Administered Services. "Representative" means any individual designated by the Client Authorized Administrator to administer the Client Administered Services. The Client Authorized Administrator shall be assigned a unique username and a password by Bluelock. The Client Authorized Administrator may appoint one or more Representatives, each of whom shall be assigned a unique assigned username and password by Bluelock. Access to the Client Interface by the Client Authorized Administrator and/or the Representative(s) is accomplished through the use of the username and password. Usernames and passwords assigned to the Client Authorized Administrator and any Representative(s) should be kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use. Client shall be liable for any use of the Client Interface using a username and password assigned to the Client Authorized Administrator and/or a Representative, including but not limited to all additional fees and charges resulting from adjustments to the settings or features of the Client Administered Services.
