Client Advice definition

Client Advice means the placement of an order, or request to order in any written form whatsoever which is delivered by a Customer to the Carrier from time to time pursuant to which a Quote will be given;
Client Advice. Your notification to us, in such way as we may specify, including in a FacFlow Transmission, of Debts, credit notes and Adjustments which have not previously been Notified to us together with such evidence of the performance of the Sale Contract or reasons for a credit note as we may specify.
