DRS Advice definition
DRS Advice means a Direct Registration System Advice;
DRS Advice means the notification produced by the DRS system evidencing ownership of the Warrants or Common Shares, as the case may be;
DRS Advice means a direct registration system advice or similar document evidencing the electronic registration of ownership of Shares.

Other than the Distribution, no distribution (including any dividend) declared or made after the Effective Time with respect to any securities of the Company with a record date on or after the Effective Date shall be delivered to the holder of any unsurrendered certificate or DRS Advice which, immediately prior to the Effective Date, represented outstanding Common Shares that were transferred pursuant to Section 2.3.

DRS Advice has the meaning specified in Section 3.1;
