DRS Advice definition

DRS Advice means the notification produced by the DRS system evidencing ownership of the Warrants or Common Shares, as the case may be;
DRS Advice means a Direct Registration System (DRS) advice.
DRS Advice means a direct registration system advice or similar document evidencing the electronic registration of ownership of Shares.

Examples of DRS Advice in a sentence

  • On such date, the Alamos Shares and New Argonaut Shares to which the former holder of the certificate or DRS Advice referred to in the preceding sentence was ultimately entitled, shall be deemed to have been surrendered (i) in the case of Alamos Shares, to Alamos, and (ii) in the case of New Argonaut Shares, to New Argonaut, in each case together with all entitlements to dividends, distributions and interest thereon held for such former registered holder.

  • Any certificate or DRS Advice which immediately prior to the Effective Time represented outstanding Argonaut Shares and not deposited with all other instruments required by Section 4.4 on or prior to the sixth (6th) anniversary of the Effective Date, shall cease to represent a claim or interest of any kind or nature as a securityholder of Alamos or New Argonaut.

DRS Advice means a direct registration system advice evidencing ownership of securities in the Subscription Receipt Agent's or any of its affiliates' book-based registration system;
