DRS Advice definition
DRS Advice means a Direct Registration System Advice;
DRS Advice means the notification produced by the DRS system evidencing ownership of the Warrants or Common Shares, as the case may be;
DRS Advice means a direct registration system advice or similar document evidencing the electronic registration of ownership of Shares.

Notwithstanding any of the other provisions hereof, any certificate or DRS Advice which immediately prior to the Effective Time represented outstanding Cathedra Shares that were exchanged pursuant to Section 3.1, if it has not been surrendered with all other instruments required by this Section 5.4 on or prior to the sixth (6th) anniversary of the Effective Date, shall cease to represent a claim or interest of any kind or nature against any party.

DRS Advice has the meaning specified in Section 3.1;
