Class B Pass Through Certificates definition

Class B Pass Through Certificates means the certificates issued by the Class B Pass Through Trust, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Class B Supplement, and authenticated by the Pass Through Trustee of the Class B Pass Through Trust, representing fractional undivided interests in the Class B Pass Through Trust, and any certificates issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof pursuant to the terms of the Class B Supplement.
