Class B-5 Certificates definition

Class B-5 Certificates. The Certificates designated as "Class B-5" on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class B-5 Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class B-5."

  • The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall and any Relief Act Shortfall allocated to the Class B-5 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.
