Class X Certificates definition
Class X Certificates. All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class X".
Class X Certificates. The Class X-A Certificates, the Class X-B Certificates and/or the Class X-D Certificates, as the context requires.

Examples of Class X Certificates in a sentence
The Class X Certificates will be issuable only in minimum Denominations of authorized initial Notional Amount of not less than $1,000,000 and in integral multiples of $1.00 in excess thereof.
The Non-Registered Certificates (other than any Class X Certificates and other than the Class V and Class R Certificates) will be issuable in minimum Denominations of authorized initial Certificate Balance of not less than $100,000, and in integral multiples of $1.00 in excess thereof.
