Class C Certificates. Any one of the Class C Certificates executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-18, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in REMIC 4.
Class C Certificates means the certificates issued by the Class C Trust, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Class C Trust Agreement, and authenticated by the Class C Trustee, representing fractional undivided interests in the Class C Trust, and any certificates issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof pursuant to the terms of the Class C Trust Agreement.
Class C Certificates means any of the certificates executed by the Transferor and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto.

The amount of the distribution set forth in paragraph 1 above in respect of interest on the Class C Certificates, per $1,000 Original Principal Amount.
