Cisco Services definition

Cisco Services means all Services other than Tidal Services. The parties understand and agree that:

Examples of Cisco Services in a sentence

  • An entity which performs stocking, sparing or warehousing activities for third parties or procures Cisco Services or Software for delivery to third parties, is not an End User.

  • Additionally, Reseller must comply with any other point of sale reporting requirements published by Cisco from time to time, and/or the Authorized Source(s) from which such Reseller purchases and/or licenses Cisco Services and Products.

  • Exhibit C SUPPORT EXHIBIT CISCO SERVICES PARTNER PROGRAM The Cisco Services Partner Program (“CSPP’’) is an exhibit (“Exhibit”) that supplements the Agreement and all the terms and conditions of the Agreement apply to this Exhibit, provided that, to the extent there is a conflict between the Agreement and this Exhibit, the terms of this Exhibit shall take precedence over the terms and conditions of the Agreement with regard to the subject matter described herein.

  • Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Partner’s rights to purchase Cisco Services and Products from any Authorized Source shall immediately terminate, Cisco shall discontinue all Partner benefits listed in Section C.1 above, and Partner shall immediately (a) cease to represent itself as a Cisco Registered Partner, and (b) cease its use of any of the Marks.

  • This Part B only applies if Partner is Reselling Products and/or Cisco Services.

  • Reseller acknowledges that Resale of Products and Cisco Services to particular End Users with which Cisco has contracted directly (for example, state governments) may require Reseller to satisfy additional requirements and to enter into supplemental agreements with Cisco.

  • During the term of this Agreement, Cisco hereby authorizes Reseller to purchase and/or license Cisco Services and Products only from an Authorized Source, and to resell and/or redistribute such Cisco Services and Products directly to End Users who deploy Products and receive Cisco Services within the Territory.

  • The prices Reseller pays for Cisco Services and Products will be set by the Authorized Source from which Reseller purchases such Cisco Services and Products.

  • As the Executive Vice President, Cisco Services and Chief Globalization Officer, you are responsible for such duties and responsibilities as Xx. Xxxxxxxx or his successor or designee assign.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.
