Chair of the Medical Advisory Committee means the member of the Medical Advisory Committee appointed by the Board as Chair of the Medical Advisory Committee;

Chair of the Medical Advisory Committee means the member of the Professional Staff appointed to serve as Chair of the Medical Advisory Committee pursuant to section 9.2;
