Certified Assessor means a person or persons, independent of the GBCA, nominated by the GBCA, knowledgeable and with experience in the green building industry, who has passed the “Green Star Accredited Professional” examination, and having undertaken appropriate and ongoing education; “Certified Rating” means a rating of four to six stars that may be awarded by the GBCA under this Agreement, entitling the Applicant to a limited licence to use the Trade Mark and publicise the Applicant’s Certified Rating. This does not include the Green Star - Performance Rating (see Schedule 2);
