Green Star definition

Green Star means the environmental rating system administered by the Green Building Council of Australia that evaluates the environmental design and construction of buildings. Groundwater means the groundwater in or under the Land and any adjacent or nearby land.
Green Star s Business” means business of developing contractual and joint venture relationships with producers, processors, cultivators and distributors of cannabis and biopharmaceutical previously and heretofore carried on and proposed to be carried on by Green Star;
