CEPS definition

CEPS means the Recipient’s Customs, Excise and Preventive Service, established under the CEPS Legislation and operating in accordance with the laws of the Recipient.
CEPS refers to a “Competitive Electric Power Supplier” as defined in Puc 2002.4
