The Licensee and the Issuing Authority shall negotiate in good faith any difficulties that arise regarding cablecasting of PEG Access Programming.
The tier of service on which such PEG channel(s) may be placed shall be determined by Grantee in accordance with applicable law.
Such PEG channel capacity may be shared with other localities served by Grantee’s cable system, and Grantor hereby authorizes Grantee to transmit PEG access programming authorized herein to such other localities.
This provision is not intended to contravene leased access requirements under Title VI or PEG requirements set out in this Agreement.
