Categories of Onward Use of Data. The permitted use of Provider Information as set out in Table C on the front cover of this Agreement (as amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement including Schedules 9 and 10) and defined further in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time as Category 1 Permitted Purpose, Category 2 Permitted Purpose and/or Category 3 Permitted Purpose.
Categories of Onward Use of Data. Category A Permitted Purpose, Category B Permitted Purpose and Category C Permitted Purpose “Cohort(s)” A group of Graduates listed in the Population Data with graduation end dates in specified time periods within a Graduate Outcomes Survey Year as set out in the HESA Operational Documentation. It is anticipated that there will be cohorts A - D in any Graduate Outcomes Survey Year plus any additional cohorts specified by the Primary Regulator/Funder from time to time.

  • Special Categories of Data means personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation;

  • Activities of Daily Living (ADL means the following:

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Directory Assistance Database shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 10.5.2.2, 10.5.2.8, and 10.5.2.9.
