Cardinal Health Participant definition

Cardinal Health Participant means a current or former employee, officer or member of the board of directors of Cardinal Health or any of its Affiliates or any other person who holds a stock option, restricted share or restricted share unit under a Cardinal Health Plan as of the Distribution Effective Time. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, a Cardinal Health Participant may also be an Employee or a Director hereunder.

Cardinal Health Participant means any Employee of Cardinal Health or one of its Affiliates who is an Employee of the Cardinal Health Group or a Former Employee and who is, at any time prior to, on, or after the Effective Time, a participant in the applicable Cardinal Health Benefit Plan or is a beneficiary, dependent or alternate payee of such a participant.

Examples of Cardinal Health Participant in a sentence

  • Eligible Executive means an employee of the Company selected as being eligible to participate in this Plan under Section C.1.a.

  • Non-Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Eligible Employee means full-time and part-time employees in the bargaining unit who have completed four hundred and fifty (450) hours of service and who are not prohibited from contributing to the Plan by legislation or the Plan rules because of their age or because they are in receipt of a pension from the Plan.

  • Male employee means an employed male who is caring for a child borne of his spouse or a child placed with the employee for adoption purposes.

  • L/C Participant shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.3(a).

  • Study Participant means a person recruited to participate in the Study.

  • Current Participant means a Class Member who has an Active Account in one or both the Plans as of August 5, 2020.

  • Covered Executive means any “executive officer” of the Company as defined under Rule 10D-1.

  • Service Recipient means, with respect to a Participant holding a given Award, the member of the Company Group by which the original recipient of such Award is, or following a Termination was most recently, principally employed or to which such original recipient provides, or following a Termination was most recently providing, services, as applicable.

  • Executive Employee means those employees of the Company of Grade Level 10 or above.

  • Transferring Employee means an employee at the airport who timely transfers to the regional authority by the transfer date.
