  • In adopting the BVHP Redevelopment Plan, the Agency and the City and County of San Francisco (“ City”) have made a commitment to vigorous equal opportunity and diversity in employment.

  • The purpose of this Agreement is to facilitate the implementation of the Project in accordance with the Shipyard Redevelopment Plan, the BVHP Redevelopment Plan, Proposition G, the DDA and the other Plan Documents.
