Buyer’s Premises means 00 Xxxxxx Xxx, County of Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, T1R 1C4 or such other place as determined by the Buyer, at its sole discretion;
Buyer’s Premises means the Buyer’s premises at Xxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xx Xxxxxxx XX00 0XX;
Buyer’s Premises means any property, project site or facility owned or controlled by Buyer or any of its Affiliates.
