Place of Business. The LLC’s principal place of business shall be St. Louis, Missouri. The Member may establish and maintain such other offices and additional places of business of the LLC, either within or without the State of Delaware, or close any office or place of business of the LLC, as it deems appropriate.

Place of Business. The principal place of business and books and records of Debtor is set forth in the preamble to this Security Agreement, and the location of all Collateral, if other than at such principal place of business, is as set forth on Schedule 3.8 attached hereto and made a part hereof, and Debtor shall promptly notify Secured Party of any change in such locations. Debtor will not remove or permit the Collateral to be removed from such locations without the prior written consent of Secured Party, except as permitted pursuant to the Credit Agreement.
Place of Business. The address of the principal place of business and chief executive office of the Backup Servicer is as set forth in Section 13.3 hereof and there have been no other such locations during the immediately preceding four months.
Place of Business. The principal place of business and chief executive office of the Seller, and the offices where the Seller keeps all its Records, are located at its address specified in Section 8.3, or such other locations notified to the Purchaser in accordance with this Agreement in jurisdictions where all action required by the terms of this Agreement has been taken and completed. There are currently no, and during the past four months (or such shorter time as the Seller has been in existence) there have not been, any other locations where the Seller is located (as that term is used in the UCC of the jurisdiction where such principal place of business is located).

The principal place of business and chief executive office of CAC is in Southfield, Michigan, and the office where CAC keeps all of its Records is at the address listed in Section 8.3, or such other locations notified to Funding and the Trust Collateral Agent in accordance with this Agreement in jurisdictions where all action required by the terms of this Agreement has been taken and completed.
Place of Business. The principal place of business and chief executive office of the Transferor are located at the address of the Transferor indicated in Section 11.3 hereof and the offices where the Transferor keeps all its Records, are located at the address(es) described on Exhibit I or such other locations notified to the Administrative Agent in accordance with Section 2.8 hereof in jurisdictions where all action required by Section 2.8 hereof has been taken and completed.
