Place of Business. The LLC’s principal place of business shall be St. Louis, Missouri. The Member may establish and maintain such other offices and additional places of business of the LLC, either within or without the State of Delaware, or close any office or place of business of the LLC, as it deems appropriate.
Place of Business. The principal place of business and books and records of Grantor is set forth in the preamble to this Security Agreement, and the location of all Collateral, if other than at such principal place of business, is as set forth on Schedule 3.8 attached hereto and made a part hereof, and Grantor shall promptly notify Secured Party of any change in such locations. Grantor will not remove or permit the Collateral to be removed from such locations without the prior written consent of Secured Party, except as permitted pursuant to the Credit Agreement.
Place of Business. The principal place of business and chief executive office of CAC is in Southfield, Michigan, and the office where CAC keeps all of its Records (other than the Certificates of Title) is at the address listed in Section 8.3, and the office where CAC keeps all of its Certificates of Title is at 200 Galleria Officentre, Suite 125, Southfield, Michigan 48034, or in each case, such other locations notified to Funding and the Trust Collateral Agent in accordance with this Agreement in jurisdictions where all action required by the terms of this Agreement has been taken and completed; provided that the Servicer may temporarily (or permanently, in the case of a Loan or Contract that is repurchased, liquidated or paid in full) move or transfer to an agent of the Servicer individual Contract Files or Records, or any portion thereof without notice as necessary to allow the Servicer to conduct collection and other servicing activities in accordance with its customary practices and procedures.
Place of Business. The Company shall maintain a registered office at The Corporation Trust Company, 1209 Orange Street, New Castle County, Wilmington, Delaware 19801. The Company shall maintain an office and principal place of business at such place or places as the Managing Member specifies from time to time and as set forth in the books and records of the Company. The name and address of the Company’s registered agent is The Corporation Trust Company, 1209 Orange Street, New Castle County, Wilmington, Delaware 19801. The Managing Member may from time to time change the registered agent or office by an amendment to the certificate of formation of the Company.
Place of Business. Change its chief executive office or its principal place of business or place where its books and records are kept without giving Lender at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice thereof and promptly providing Lender such information as Lender may reasonably request in connection therewith.
Place of Business. The principal place of business of the Partnership shall be at 14 Campus Blvd., Suite 100, Newtown Square, PA 19073, or such other place as the General Partner may from time to time designate. The Partnership may maintain such other offices at such other places as the General Partner deems advisable.

There are currently no, and during the past four months (or such shorter time as the Seller has been in existence) there have not been, any other locations where the Seller is located (as that term is used in the UCC of the jurisdiction where such principal place of business is located).
