BTO Stockholders means certain direct and indirect equityholders of Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings, LLC that are affiliates of Blackstone Inc. “Cayman Constitutional Documents” means JCIC’s Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association, as amended from time to time. “Closing” means the closing of the Business Combination (as defined above).
