Other Stockholders definition

Other Stockholders means persons other than Holders who, by virtue of agreements with the Company, are entitled to include their securities in certain registrations hereunder.
Other Stockholders shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(iii) hereof;
Other Stockholders means any Person (other than the Holders) having rights to participate in a registration of the New Common Stock.

  • Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, this Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of the Corporation and each of the Common Stockholders and the Series A-4 Stockholders, Series A-5 Stockholders and Series A-6 Stockholders (collectively, the “Other Stockholders”) and the respective successors and permitted assigns of the Corporation and each of the Other Stockholders.
