Borrowed Employee definition

Borrowed Employee means an employee of any authority whose services are obtained by the Institute on loan;
Borrowed Employee means an employee of any other organization whose services are obtained by the Society on loan for the time being.
Borrowed Employee has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.5. “Borrowed Employer” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.5. “Budget” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.1.

  • Tipped employee means any employee engaged in an occupation in which s/he customarily and regularly receives more than $30 per month in tips. Tips include amounts designated as a tip by credit card customers on their charge slips.
