Black Economy Procurement Connected Policy means the Black Economy Procurement Connected Policy – Increasing the Integrity of Government Procurement – March 2019. Classified Information includes: any Commonwealth document marked with a national security classification; and any information or document that the Consultant knows or ought to know is subject to, or ought to be treated in accordance with, the provisions of the Defence Security Principles Framework.
