No Tenancy. That the Licensee shall not claim any tenancy right and shall not have any right to transfer, assign, and sublet or grant any license or sub-license in respect of the Licensed Premises or any part thereof and also shall not mortgage or raise any loan against the said premises.
No Tenancy. This agreement and Your right to occupy the Room and access the Common Property is not a lease and does not give You any estate or interest or any right as a tenant in all or part of the Building or furniture and the legal possession and control of the Room and the rest of the Building will at all times remain with Us.

No Tenancy. The Agreement is for the Holiday Period and is not intended to create the relationship of Landlord and Tenant between the Visitor and White Beach Holiday. The Visitor shall not be entitled to a tenancy, or to any Assured Shorthold or Assured Tenancy or any statutory protection, under the Housing Xxx 0000 or other statutory security of tenure now or upon termination of the Agreement.

Notwithstanding anything herein contained, it is hereby expressly agreed and declared that neither any tenancy rights nor any right or interest in the nature of tenancy or sub-tenancy nor any other interest in the Licensed Premises whatsoever except the permission to use the Licensed Premises as a bare License by this Agreement in favour of the Licensee.
No Tenancy. The Hirer acknowledges that this Agreement only creates a personal licence and consent to occupy Room(s) at the Property during the Hire Period. There is no intention on the part of the Manager or the Owner or the Hirer to create a tenancy or to give the Hirer or any other person any interest in the Room(s) or any other part of the Property or to confer exclusive possession of the Room(s) or any other part of the Property upon the Hirer or any other person.
No Tenancy. All workers, contractors, or contractors representatives are admitted to the Site only for the proper execution of the Work, and have no tenancy.

Nothing in this licence is intended to create a tenancy and at the end of the Licence Period the Licensee will have no right to remain at or to operate from the Licensed Area.
