Biomira means Biomira Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada;
Biomira shall include Biomira Inc. and any related company of Biomira Inc.; a related company being any entity the voting stock of which is directly or indirectly at least 50% owned or controlled by Biomira Inc., any entity which directly or indirectly controls more than 50% of the voting stock of Biomira Inc. or any entity, the majority ownership of which is directly or indirectly common to the ownership of Biomira Inc.;
