Bid Evaluation Panel definition

Bid Evaluation Panel means the panel appointed in accordance with Rule 4. “Bid Guide” means the initial information guide to WAS Events.

  • Utilization review plan or "plan" means a written procedure for performing review.

  • Valuation Point means such time as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.
