Valuation Firm definition

Valuation Firm means a nationally recognized independent investment banking or valuation firm with expertise in the oil and gas sector.
Valuation Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(c)(ii).
Valuation Firm has the meaning set forth in Section 11(e)(iii).

Examples of Valuation Firm in a sentence

  • All fees and expenses of each such Valuation Firm shall be the responsibility of the Member that engaged such Valuation Firm.

  • The Valuation Firm shall act as an expert and not as an arbitrator.
