Benchmarking Report definition

Benchmarking Report means the report produced by the Supplier following the Benchmark Review and as further described in this Framework Schedule 7;
Benchmarking Report means the report produced by the Supplier following the Benchmark Review and as further described in this Framework Schedule 12; The Supplier shall prepare a Benchmarking Report and deliver it to the Authority, at the time specified in the plan Approved pursuant to paragraph 3.2.3 of this Schedule 12, setting out its findings. Those findings shall be required to: include a finding as to whether or not a Benchmarked Service and/or whether the Benchmarked Services as a whole are, Good Value; if any of the Benchmarked Services are, individually or as a whole, not Good Value, specify the changes that would be required to make that Benchmarked Service or the Benchmarked Services as a whole Good Value; and include sufficient detail and transparency so that the Authority can interpret and understand how the Supplier has calculated whether or not the Benchmarked Services are, individually or as a whole, Good Value. The Parties agree that any changes required to this Framework Agreement identified in the Benchmarking Report may be implemented at the direction of the Authority in accordance with Clause 19.1 (Variation Procedure). The Authority shall be entitled to publish the results of any benchmarking of the Framework Prices to Other Contracting Authorities.

The Parties agree that any changes required to this Framework Agreement identified in the Benchmarking Report may be implemented at the direction of the Authority in accordance with Clause 18.1 (Variation Procedure). The Authority shall be entitled to publish the results of any benchmarking of the Framework Prices to Other Contracting Bodies.

Benchmarking Report means the report produced by the Benchmarker following the Benchmark Review as further described in paragraph 7.18 of Schedule 2-3.
