Approved Valuation Firm definition
Approved Valuation Firm means each of Duff & ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corp., FTI Consulting, Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, Lincoln International LLC, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Valuation Research Corp., and any other nationally recognized accounting firm or valuation firm approved by the Administrative Agent and the Borrower, each in its reasonable discretion.
Approved Valuation Firm means, with respect to any Collateral Obligation, any valuation firm either (a) specified on the related Asset Approval Request and approved on the related Approval Notice or Reinvestment Request or (b) otherwise approved in writing by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion.
Approved Valuation Firm means (a) each of (i) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇, (ii) Lincoln International LLC (f/k/a Lincoln Partners LLC), (iii) Duff & ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corp. and (iv) Valuation Research Corporation, and (b) any other nationally recognized valuation firm approved by each of the Borrower and the Administrative Agent in their sole reasonable discretion.

The Servicer shall report the Approved Valuation Firm, appraisal metric and Appraised Value for such Collateral Loan to the Administrative Agent (with a copy to each Lender) in the Notice of Borrowing related to such Collateral Loan.

Approved Valuation Firm means each of (a) Lincoln Partners Advisors LLC, (b) Valuation Research Corporation, (c) ▇▇▇▇▇ Inc. and (d) any other nationally recognized accounting firm or valuation firm, in each case, approved by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Approved Valuation Firm. (a) Each valuation firm listed on part II of Schedule II hereto and (b) any other financial institution designated as an “Approved Valuation Firm” by the Collateral Manager and reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Approved Valuation Firm means those entities set forth on Schedule 2 (and any of their respective Affiliates that are clearly identifiable as such solely on the basis of such Affiliate’s name) and any appraisal or valuation firm providing such service to the Collateral Manager; provided that any other independent appraisal or valuation firm or independent financial advisor recognized as being experienced in conducting appraisals or valuations of secured loans may be added to Schedule 2 at the request of the Collateral Manager as an “Approved Valuation Firm” with the consent of the Administrative Agent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned).
Approved Valuation Firm means any valuation firm that has been approved by a majority of both the independent directors of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc., in the case of the Seller, and the independent trustees of PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust, in the case of the Purchaser.
