Valuation Point definition

Valuation Point means such time as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.

Valuation Point means, in respect of a Sub-Fund, the official close of trading on the Market on which the Securities constituting the Index are listed on each Dealing Day or if more than one, the official close of trading on the last relevant Market to close or such other time or times as determined by the Manager in consultation with the Trustee from time to time provided that there shall always be a Valuation Point on each Dealing Day other than where there is a suspension of the creation and redemption of Units.

• Each Limited Owner shall be notified of any decline in the estimated Net Asset Value of a Series per Interest to less than 50% of the Net Asset Value of a Series per Interest as of the end of the immediately preceding Valuation Point within seven Business Days of such occurrence.

Valuation Point means the point, whether on a periodic basis or for a particular valuation, decided by the ACD, at which the ACD carries out a valuation of the property of the Company or a Fund (as the case may be) for the purpose of determining the price at which Shares of a Class may be issued, cancelled, sold or redeemed. The current Valuation Point is 12 noon UK time on each Dealing Day.
