Benefits Management Committee definition

Benefits Management Committee means the Committee designated in Section 13.3.
Benefits Management Committee means the Benefits Management Committee of Arconic Inc. (previously known as the Benefits Management Committee of Alcoa Inc.), which shall have powers over administration of this Excess Plan as provided herein.

  • To the extent permitted by ERISA, no member of the Benefits Management Committee will be liable for any mistake of judgment made by himself or herself or any other member, nor for any loss, unless resulting from his or her own gross negligence or willful misconduct, and no member will be liable for the neglect, omissions or wrongdoing of any other member thereof, or of the agents or counsel of the Benefits Management Committee.

Benefits Management Committee means the Benefits Management Committee of Arconic Inc. (which is anticipated to be renamed Howmet Aerospace Inc., effective as of the Separation Date), which shall have powers over administration of this Plan as provided herein.

  • Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.

  • Retirement Committee means a committee consisting of the Company’s Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of HR Operations and the Compensation & Benefits Manager.

  • State Management Committee means a Committee comprising representatives from the Confederation of Western Australian Industry, the Trades and Labor Council of Western Australia, Technical and Further Education (TAFE) and the relevant Federal and State Government Departments which approve traineeship arrangements by agreement of each of the parties. The State Management Committee may be established pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act, 1975 or any amendment to or substitution of that Act, provided that any Committee or body established in lieu of the State Management Committee has the same representatives structure and decision making processes as that Committee.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.
