Base Salary Rate definition

Base Salary Rate means an employee's base salary as contained in Part III of this Award exclusive of all allowances.
Base Salary Rate means a Participant’s monthly base salary determined at the greater of (1) the Participant’s monthly base salary rate in effect immediately prior to the Participant’s Termination Upon a Change in Control or (2) the Participant’s monthly base salary rate in effect immediately prior to the applicable Change in Control. For this purpose, base salary does not include any bonuses, commissions, fringe benefits, car allowances, other irregular payments or any other compensation except base salary.

  • Any Participant other than the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, an aggregate amount equal to twelve (12) months of such Participant’s Base Salary Rate.

Base Salary Rate means an Employee’s annual base rate of pay from the Company.
