Irregular Payments. 11.5.1 In case of interest payments made on a date other than the regularly scheduled payment date, the Bond Trustee may instruct the Issuer or Bondholders of other payment mechanisms than described in Clause 11.1 or 11.2 above. The Bond Trustee may also obtain payment information regarding Bondholders’ accounts from the Securities Register or Account Managers.
Irregular Payments. We can accept late payments, partial payments, checks and money orders marked “paid in full” or language having the same effect without losing any of our rights under this agreement.

If the Cardholder or any other person or entity, including without limitation, a Cardholder on a joint Account or an Authorized User, marks a check, money order, or other instrument given for payment on the Account “Paid in Full” or with a similar phrase, the Bank shall have the right to accept the payment, disregard the markings and the Cardholder shall remain obligated to pay in full any remaining amounts owed to the Bank on the Account. The Bank has the right to accept late payments or partial payments without losing any of its rights under this Agreement.
Irregular Payments. Should the income paid to the Annuitant during a Fiscal year of the Fund exceed the maximum amount that may be paid to the Annuitant in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation or this Agreement, the Annuitant may, unless the payment is attributable to a false declaration by the Annuitant, require that the Trustee pay the Annuitant, as a penalty, a sum equal to the surplus income paid.
Irregular Payments. If money is paid out contrary to the Act or the Directive, the Trustee will provide or ensure the provision of a pension benefit equal in value to the pension benefit that would have been provided had the money not been paid out.

If a check is presented for payment before the date you write on the check or the check is not dated, SECU has the right to process the check for payment or return it unpaid. CAP I and CAP II never made on behalf of STP or the Subsidiaries, and have not instructed STP or the Subsidiaries, or the Representatives or Related Parties of STP or of the Subsidiaries to make any offer, payment, or promise of payment, or authorize the payment of any amount in money or other item of value (including any payment, gift, travel expenses, contribution, loan, entertainment or illegal payment) (i) to any Person who is an officer, director, employee, official or representative of any Governmental Authority; (ii) to any political party or its members, or its official candidates; (iii) to any other Person, either as an advance or reimbursement if they know that any part of such payment, loan or gift was or will be used illegally by this or another Person to advance, make or refund payments, gifts or loans previously made by such Person to any officer of Governmental Authority or political party or its official candidates; or (iv) any other Person while having knowledge or reason to believe that all or any part of that amount in cash or thing of value will be offered, given, or promised, directly or indirectly, to any employee of Governmental Authority or political party or its official candidate for (a) obtaining preferential treatment in business guarantee, (b) pay for preferential treatment in guaranteed business, (c) obtain special concessions for STP and Subsidiaries, or (d) breach any applicable law.
Irregular Payments. We may, at our discretion, accept late or partial payment described as being payment in full or payments in settlement of a dispute. But in so doing, we do not lose or consent to vary any of our rights under this Agreement or under law. We may charge S$50 by way of service charge in respect of any cheque sent to us by you or the Company which is not honoured for its full amount and in respect of any reference of any amount outstanding to a third party collector.
Irregular Payments. We will not lose any rights if we accept late payments, partial payments, checks or money orders marked “payment in full” or with similar words or phrases or other irregular payments.
