  • If Customer is purchasing one or more of the services or features identified at xxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/en-us/ (the “Azure Government Services”), Customer represents and warrants that it meets the eligibility criteria set forth at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/licensing/contracts under “Qualifying Government Eligibility Definitions” (also attached as Exhibit B) and agrees to use Azure Government Services solely for the benefit of entities that meet such criteria.
