Examples of European Government Obligations in a sentence
The Issuer’s obligations pursuant to the Indenture will be discharged, except for obligations pursuant to certain sections thereof, subject to the terms of the Indenture, upon the payment of all the 2031 Notes or upon the irrevocable deposit with the Trustee of cash in euros, European Government Obligations or a combination thereof, in such amounts as will be sufficient to pay when due principal of and interest on the 2031 Notes to maturity or redemption, as the case may be.
After payment or return to the Issuer or the Guarantors or the release of any moneys and European Government Obligations held in trust by the Issuer or any Guarantors, as the case may be, Holders entitled thereto must look only to the Issuer and the Guarantors for payment as general creditors unless applicable abandoned property law designates another Person.
The Issuer and the Guarantors shall (on a joint and several basis) pay and indemnify the Trustee against any tax, fee or other charge imposed on or assessed against the European Government Obligations deposited pursuant to Section 9.04 or the principal, premium, 62 if any, and interest received in respect thereof other than any such tax, fee or other charge which by law is for the account of the Holders of the outstanding Securities of the applicable series.
