Available Funding Capacity definition

Available Funding Capacity means for a particular Borrowing Base Property the aggregate of (a) the Commitments, less (b) the aggregate amount of the Borrowing Base Values for each outstanding Borrowing Base Property Sub-Facility (other than the subject Borrowing Base Property for which such Available Funding Capacity is being determined), less (c) the aggregate principal amount of any outstanding Loans under the subject Borrowing Base Property.

More Definitions of Available Funding Capacity

Available Funding Capacity means the available and unused borrowing or funding capacity on the date of determination which may be drawn by a Person on such date under such Person’s mortgage loan warehousing or repurchase facilities with financial institutions other than Buyer, excluding borrowings or fundings as to which there is any condition to drawing (including any collateral or asset value requirement) that could not be timely satisfied so as to permit drawing thereof on such date.

  • Available Funds Shortfall As defined in Section 3.03(b)(ii)(A).

  • Available Funds Shortfall Amount means, as of any Payment Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate amount required to be paid pursuant to clauses first through twelfth of Section 4.4(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement exceeds the Available Funds for such Payment Date.

  • Class A Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class A Floating Percentage of Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date, (b) the Class A Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (c) the amount of funds, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which, pursuant to subsection 4.12(d), are required to be included in Class A Available Funds with respect to such Distribution Date.
