Class B Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class B Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (b) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class B Floating Percentage of the Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date.
Class B Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) Class B Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (b) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class B Floating Percentage of the Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date.
Class B Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class B Floating Allocation of the Collections of Finance Charge Receivables and amounts with respect to Annual Membership Fees allocated to the Investor Certificates and deposited in the Finance Charge Account for such Monthly Period (or to be deposited in the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date with respect to the preceding Monthly Period pursuant to the third paragraph of subsection 4.03(a) and Section 2.08 of the Agreement and subsection 3(b) of this Series Supplement), excluding the portion of Collections of Finance Charge Receivables attributable to Servicer Interchange, (b) an amount equal to the product of (i) the Class B Account Percentage and (ii) the Principal Funding Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date and (c) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Class B Available Funds pursuant to subsection 4.15(d)(ii).
