Overcollateralized Group definition

Overcollateralized Group. As defined in Section 4.03.
Overcollateralized Group. Any Loan Group, if on any Distribution Date such Loan Group is not an Undercollateralized Group and any other Loan Group is an Undercollateralized Group.
Overcollateralized Group. On any Distribution Date, any Certificate Group which is not an Undercollateralized Group.

  • If more than one Undercollateralized Group exists on any Distribution Date, payments made to such Groups from the Available Distribution Amount of the Overcollateralized Group shall be made pro rata, based on the amount of payments required to be made to the Undercollateralized Group(s).

  • If more than one Overcollateralized Group exists on any Distribution Date, reductions in the Available Funds of such groups to make the payments required to be made pursuant to this Section 4.05(b) on such Distribution Date shall be made pro rata, based on the amount of remaining Available Funds for each such Overcollateralized Loan Group.

  • An employee whose ministerial role is compromised by behavior that is inappropriate for employment with the Diocese may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.


More Definitions of Overcollateralized Group

Overcollateralized Group. With respect to Group 1, Group 2, Group 3, Group 4 and Group 5, as defined in Section 4.06(b).
Overcollateralized Group. Any of the Group 1 Loans, the Group 2 Loans, Group 3 Loans, Group 4 Loans or Group 5 Loans, if on any Distribution Date such Loan Group is not an Undercollateralized Group.
