Authorised Amounts definition

Authorised Amounts means, at any time (i) a maximum aggregate principal amount of U.S.$40,000,000,000 in respect of Notes, Redeemable Certificates and Exercisable Certificates evidencing deposit liabilities under the Bank Act (Canada) outstanding at any time under any prospectus prepared in connection with the Programme, and (ii) a maximum aggregate implied notional amount of U.S.$3,000,000,000 in respect of outstanding Warrants and Exercisable Certificates not evidencing deposits under the Bank Act (Canada) issued under any prospectus prepared in connection with the Programme, in each case as calculated in accordance with the Dealership Agreements and subject to any increase as may have been authorised pursuant to the applicable Dealership Agreement;
Authorised Amounts means all amounts that the Bank spends on behalf of the Client pursuant to this Agreement and that the Bank may debit against the Account pursuant to any of the Client’s authorisations as contained in this Agreement;

Examples of Authorised Amounts in a sentence

  • The Client confirms that all such amounts constitute Authorised Amounts that the Bank may spend on behalf of the Client and debit against the Account as and when spent.

  • You confirm and direct that, where we receive a request or instruction from Stake to deduct and/or pay any Authorised Amounts from the funds in your Wallet at any time during the Connected Term, we shall comply with such request or instruction pursuant to the information provided by Stake, without the need for us to verify that such amounts are accurate or are in fact owed by you to Stake, or authorised by you, and shall transfer the relevant amount pursuant to Stake’s instructions.

  • The NNA will record the ISIN in conjunction with the requisite definitive characteristics for the Money Market Security Type and the Issued, and if included Authorised Amounts.

  • In the event that you wish to withdraw your authorisation for the deduction or payment of Authorised Amounts, you must inform us in writing and at least seven (7) days before the next deduction or payment is deducted from your Wallet.

  • The Authorised Amounts will be governed by the terms of the Stake Terms & Conditions.

  • We are not responsible for, and have no control over, any Authorised Amounts that Stake may require you to pay or otherwise transfer.

  • authorised taxi rank means any area of carriageway which is comprised within and indicated by a road marking complying with diagram 1028.2 in Schedule 6 to the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002;

  • Authorised Driver means any driver of the Vehicle who is approved by Us and who is recorded on the Rental Agreement prior to the Start of the Rental. Damage means:

  • authorised bank means a bank or a branch of a bank authorised by the Central Government to collect the tax or any other amount payable under this Act;

  • authorised person means the Client or any person (including any individual or entity) authorised by the Client to act on its behalf in the performance of any act, discretion or duty under this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any officer or employee of such person) in a notice reasonably acceptable to the Custodian.

  • Authorised Persons means collectively all Event management, Venue management, Police, public bodies and agencies responsible for safety and security in connection with the Event or the Venue, and their respective staff, officials, representatives, officers and volunteers;

  • authorised party means the party referred to in Article XIII(3);

  • Authorised Integral Amount means for each Class of Notes, €1,000.

  • authorised agent means a passenger sales agent who has been appointed by us to represent us in the sale of air transportation on our services.

  • Authorised Investments means investments authorised by the instrument, if any, creating the trust for the investment of money subject to the trust, or by law;

  • authorised entity means an entity that is authorised or recognised by a Member State to provide education, instructional training, adaptive reading or information access to beneficiary persons on a non-profit basis. It also includes a public institution or non-profit organisation that provides the same services to beneficiary persons as one of its primary activities, institutional obligations or as part of its public-interest missions.

  • Authorised absence means that the school has either given approval in advance for a pupil of compulsory school age to be away from the school, or has accepted an explanation offered afterwards as justification for absence.

  • Eligible Authorised Participant means any entity that meets the requirements of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Excluded Amounts means:

  • Authorised Dealer means a person authorised as an authorised dealer under subsection (1) of Section 10 of the Act ;

  • authorised activities means the activities which the Licensee is authorised bythis licence to carry on, and shall include any purpose connected with the supply to any premises of heat produced in association with electricity and steam produced from air and water heated by such heat; and

  • Additional Authorised Participant means any Eligible Authorised Participant (other than the Initial Authorised Participant or the Second Authorised Participant) that has entered into an Authorised Participant Agreement with the Issuer and has acceded to the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • authorised officer means any person authorised by the Environment Agency under section 108(1) of The Environment Act 1995 to exercise, in accordance with the terms of any such authorisation, any power specified in section 108(4) of that Act.

  • Authorised Signatories means any two authorised officers of the Issuer signing jointly.

  • authorised insurer means an insurer that holds an authorisation to carry on insurance business for the purposes of Directive 73/239/EEC or that is otherwise entitled to carry on non-life insurance business in the State;

  • Authorised Representatives the persons respectively designated as such by the Authority and the Supplier, the first such persons being set out in Schedule 4. Bribery Act: the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the relevant government department concerning the legislation. Change: any change to this agreement including to any of the Services. Change Control Note: the written record of a Change agreed or to be agreed by the parties pursuant to the Change Control Procedure.

  • Authorised User means those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Services.

  • Relevant Amounts means the Outstanding Principal Amounts of the Notes, together with any accrued but unpaid interest and additional amounts (as described in Condition 10 (Taxation)) due on the Notes. References to such amounts will include amounts that have become due and payable, but which have not been paid, prior to the exercise of any Danish Statutory Loss Absorption Powers by the Relevant Resolution Authority;

  • Initial Authorised Participant means BNP Paribas Arbitrage S.N.C. and any successor thereto.

  • authorised scheme means Work No. 1A described in paragraph 2 of Part 1 of this licence;

  • Authorised Representative means any natural or legal person established within the Union who has received a written mandate from a manufacturer to act on his behalf in relation to specified tasks;

  • Authorised Officers means an officer of each Partner appointed to be that Partner's representative for the purpose of this Agreement.
