Authorised Denomination means, in respect of any Note, the Minimum Denomination thereof and any denomination equal to one or more multiples of the Authorised Integral Amount in excess of the Minimum Denomination thereof.
The Notes of each Class will be issued in definitive, certificated, fully registered form, without interest coupons, talons and principal receipts attached, in the applicable Minimum Denomination and integral multiples of any Authorised Integral Amount in excess thereof.
