Australian Workplace Agreements. The Company and Employees whose terms and conditions are regulated by this agreement may enter into Australian Workplace Agreements under the Act. Any such Australian Workplace Agreement will operate to the exclusion of this Agreement.
Australian Workplace Agreements. The Company will not seek to enter into any Australian Workplace Agreements with any employee covered by this Agreement during the life of this Agreement. This includes prospective employees who would be covered by this Agreement upon engagement.
Australian Workplace Agreements. 9.1 The employer may enter into Australian Workplace Agreements or any other written individual arrangement with employees covered by this Agreement.
Australian Workplace Agreements. 4.1 The Company may enter into Australian Workplace Agreements (“AWAs”) with employees covered by this Agreement. Those AWAs may either operate to the exclusion of this Agreement or prevail over the terms of this Agreement to the extent of any inconsistency, as specified in each AWA.
Australian Workplace Agreements. 8.5.2 The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that structured, collective industrial relations will continue as a fundamental principle. The principle recognises the important role of unions in the workplace and the traditionally high levels of union membership in the workplaces subject to this Agreement.
Australian Workplace Agreements. A valid Australian Workplace Agreement will entirely displace this Collective Agreement.
Australian Workplace Agreements. Any Cross Docks employee may initiate discussions regarding an AWA at any time and the Managing Director may enter into AWAs with employees covered by this Agreement. Those AWAs will operate to the exclusion of this Agreement.
Australian Workplace Agreements. The Company will not employ persons covered by this Agreement under the terms of an Australian Workplace Agreement (AWA) or any other form of individual contract. While this Agreement applies, if the Company agrees to pay or provide any payment, benefit or condition which is additional or in excess of the wages and conditions contained within this Agreement: And which is not pursuant or consistent with this Agreement; To any employee whose employment is covered by this Agreement; and Through an AWA or any other form of individual contract. The Company will pay or provide that additional excess payment or condition without any offset or limitation to all employees whose employment is covered by this Agreement. This clause does not apply to those employees who, at the time of this agreement, receive a higher base salary than provided for by the Agreement, as a result of historic anomaly.
Australian Workplace Agreements. 7.1 The Director may enter into an Australian Workplace Agreement (AWA), which operates to the exclusion of this Agreement, with an employee whose terms and conditions of employment are otherwise provided by this Agreement.
Australian Workplace Agreements. (a) The University may offer and enter into Australian Workplace Agreements (AWAs) with its staff. Such AWAs may either operate to the exclusion of this Agreement or prevail over this Agreement to the extent of any inconsistency, as specified in each AWA.
