AT&T Resale Service definition

AT&T Resale Service means any Telecommunications Service that AT&T provides at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “AT&T Resale Service” does not include any Exchange Access Service provided by AT&T.

  • AT&T shall provide BA Customer information for resold AT&T Resale Service dial tone lines to the PSAP as that information is provided to AT&T by BA where and to the same extent that AT&T provides AT&T Customer information to the PSAP.

  • If an end-user terminates AT&T Resale Service dial tone line service provided to the end-user by AT&T and, in place thereof, subscribes to BA for resold AT&T Resale Service dial tone line service, AT&T will remove from AT&T’s LIDB any AT&T-assigned telephone line calling card number (including area code) ("TLN") and Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) associated with the terminated AT&T Resale Service dial tone line service.

  • The AT&T-assigned TLN and PIN will be removed from AT&T’s LIDB within twenty-four (24) hours after AT&T terminates the AT&T Resale Service dial tone line service with which the numbers were associated.

  • Upon request by BA, AT&T will implement the capability of rerouting to BA’s platforms directory assistance traffic from BA Customers served by resold AT&T Resale Service dial tone lines (including 411 and 555-1212) and operator services traffic from BA Customers served by resold AT&T Resale Service dial tone lines (including O+ and 0- intraLATA calls).

  • AT&T shall maintain Customer information (including restricted collect and third-number billing notation) for BA Customers who subscribe to resold AT&T Resale Service dial tone lines, in AT&T’s Line Information Database (“LIDB”) where and to the same extent that AT&T maintains information in AT&T’s LIDB on AT&T’s own end-user retail Customers.

  • Wholesale Service means Telecommunication Services that Sprint provides at retail to subscribers who are not telecommunications carriers as set forth in 47 USC § 251(c)(4) which Sprint provides to resellers at a wholesale rate.

  • Mobile Service means the mobile service we provide to you enabling you to use and receive a range of mobile services including, but not limited to, messaging services, age restricted services and premium services.

  • Basic Exchange Telecommunications Service means, unless otherwise defined in Commission rules and then it shall have the meaning set forth therein, a service offered to End User Customers which provides the End User Customer with a telephonic connection to, and a unique local telephone number address on, the public switched telecommunications network, and which enables such End User Customer to generally place calls to, or receive calls from, other stations on the public switched telecommunications network. Basic residence and business line services are Basic Exchange Telecommunications Services. As used solely in the context of this Agreement and unless otherwise agreed, Basic Exchange Telecommunications Service includes access to ancillary services such as 911, directory assistance and operator services. "Xxxx Date" means the date on which a Billing period ends, as identified on the xxxx.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Police Service ’ means the South African Police Service established in terms of section 5(1) of the South African Police Service Act;

  • Toll Free Service means service provided with any dialing sequence that invokes Toll Free, i.e., 800-like, service processing. Toll Free Service currently includes calls to the Toll Free Service 800/888/877/866 NPA SAC codes. “Toll VoIP-PSTN Traffic” is VoIP-PSTN Traffic that physically originates and terminates in different Local Calling Areas as determined by the Commission.

  • Delivery service means the providing of electric transmission or distribution to a retail customer.

  • Fire Service means any deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to extinguish a fire or perform any preventative measure in an effort to protect equipment, life, or property in an area threatened by fire. It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.

  • public telecommunications service means the transmission by electromagnetic or other means, other than by a telephone company as defined in section 4927.01 of the Revised Code, of signs, signals, writings, images, sounds, messages, or data originating in this state regardless of actual call routing. "Public telecommunications service" excludes a system, including its construction, maintenance, or operation, for the provision of telecommunications service, or any portion of such service, by any entity for the sole and exclusive use of that entity, its parent, a subsidiary, or an affiliated entity, and not for resale, directly or indirectly; the provision of terminal equipment used to originate telecommunications service; broadcast transmission by radio, television, or satellite broadcast stations regulated by the federal government; or cable television service.

  • Prepaid wireless calling service means a telecommunications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other non-telecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the number declines with use in a known amount.

  • Wireless service means any service, using licensed or unlicensed wireless spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile, provided to the public using a network node.

  • payment initiation service means a service to initiate a payment order at the request of the payment service user with respect to a payment account held at another payment service provider;

  • Toll Billing Exception Service (TBE means a service that allows End Users to restrict third number billing or collect calls to their lines.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Service or “CMRS” means Commercial Mobile Radio Service as defined in Part 20 of the FCC’s Rules.

  • Service Offerings means the Services (including associated APIs), the AWS Content, the AWS Marks, and any other product or service provided by us under this Agreement. Service Offerings do not include Third-Party Content.

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.

  • air transport service means a service for the transport by air of persons, mails or any other thing, animate or inanimate, for any kind of remuneration whatsoever, whether such service consists of a single flight or series of flights;

  • Eligible Services means only those services detailed in the sub-section titled Eligible Services.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Prepaid wireless telecommunications service means a commercial mobile radio service that allows a caller to dial 9-1-1 to access the 9-1-1 system and is paid for in advance and sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the number declines with use in a known amount.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Free Services means the Subscription Service or other products or features made available by us to you on an unpaid trial or free basis.

  • Mobile telecommunications service means the same as that term is defined in the Mobile Telecommunications Sourcing Act, 4 U.S.C. Sec. 124.
