Eligible Services definition
Eligible Services means only those services detailed in the sub-section titled Eligible Services.
Eligible Services means services provided for treatment of an Injury which is covered under this Contract without application of Cash Deductibles and Copayments, if any or Coinsurance. "Out-of-State Automobile Insurance Coverage" or "OSAIC" means any coverage for medical expenses under an automobile insurance policy other than PIP.
