AstraZeneca Housemarks definition

AstraZeneca Housemarks means (i) the Trademarks of AstraZeneca and its Affiliates set forth on Exhibit G-2 and any pending or future Trademark registrations, applications and unregistered Trademark rights, in each case relating to such *Confidential Treatment Requested. Omitted portions filed separately with the Commission. Trademarks, and (ii) any current or future modifications or variants of any of the foregoing rights.

For the avoidance of doubt, (i) Licensed Know-How shall not include any Know-How to the extent solely and directly related to any other Pfizer compound or to the extent related to the use of the Compound, Product or Licensed Product outside the Field and (ii) Licensed Know-How includes only that Know-How, designated by Pfizer in its sole discretion, necessary for the manufacture, registration and commercialization of the Compound and/or Licensed Product for use in the Field. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensed Know-How excludes any Know-How related to ritonavir that has been (either as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement) in-licensed by Pfizer from any Third Party.

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.

  • Pfizer shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Licensed producer means a person or entity licensed to produce medical cannabis.

  • Licensee Know-How means all Information and Inventions Controlled by Licensee or its Affiliates (other than the Takeda Know-How and Joint Know-How) during the Term that are necessary to Exploit a Licensed Compound or a Licensed Product.
