Assumption Certificate definition

Assumption Certificate means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto.
Assumption Certificate means the certificate to be issued by HCPCI to the policyholder of any Assumed Policy, which shall be in the form agreed to by the Parties and approved by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation in accordance with the terms of the Consent Order approving this Agreement.
Assumption Certificate means a document substantially in the form set out in Schedule 12 (Form of Assumption Certificate).

  • GABC shall issue an Assumption Certificate to the Contractowners in accordance with Section 4.6 of the Restructuring Plan in substantially the form of Exhibit C within 120 days after the Closing Date to evidence GABC’s assumption of the GABC Obligations.

  • Perfection Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit H hereto or any other form reasonably approved by the Collateral Agent, as the same shall be supplemented from time to time.

  • Substantial Completion Certificate means the certificate issued and approved by the Authority indicating the date upon which the Trade Contractor Work (or a designated portion thereof) is Substantially Complete.

  • Incumbency Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 3(b) hereof.

  • Transfer Supplement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(c) of this Agreement.

  • Assignment / job means the work to be performed by the Consultant pursuant to the Contract.

  • Seller Certificate means a certificate of transfer delivered in connection with the transfer of a Trust Certificate pursuant to Section 3.04(a), substantially in the form of Exhibit B.

  • Buyer Certificate means a certificate to the effect that each of the conditions specified in clauses (a) through (c) (insofar as clause (c) relates to Legal Proceedings involving the Buyer) of Section 5.2 is satisfied in all respects.

  • Solvency Certificate means a Solvency Certificate of the chief financial officer of Holdings substantially in the form of Exhibit G-2.
