Transfer Supplement definition
Transfer Supplement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(c) of this Agreement.

Any assigning Conduit Purchaser shall deliver to any assignee a Transfer Supplement with any changes as have been approved by the parties thereto, duly executed by such Conduit Purchaser, assigning any portion of its interest in the Purchased Interest and its rights and interests hereunder (including its rights to receive payments of Capital, Discount and Fees) to its assignee.
The Transfer Supplement shall be an amendment hereof only to the extent necessary to reflect the addition of such Purchasing Committed Purchaser as a “Committed Purchaser” and any resulting adjustment of the selling Committed Purchaser’s Commitment.
