Approved OEM Brand Name means those Licensee Marks, which have been approved in writing by ETLLC (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld), for placement on the bezel (front panel) of OEM Products and packaging therefor in accordance with the trademark usage guidelines (or as otherwise mutually agreed) of both Licensee and ETLLC.***
