Approved Flag definition
Approved Flag means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands flag, the Liberian flag, the Panama flag or any other flag which the Agent may approve as the flag on which a Ship may be registered;
Approved Flag means, in relation to a Ship, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands, or such other flag approved in writing by the Facility Agent acting with the authorisation of all the Lenders.
Approved Flag means, in relation to Ship A, Ship B and Ship C, the flag of the Republic of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands and, in relation to Ship D, the flag of the Republic of Malta or, in each case, such other flag as the Majority Lenders may, in their discretion, approve as the flag on which such Ship shall be registered;

More Definitions of Approved Flag
Approved Flag means, in relation to the Ship, the Liberian flag or such other flag as the Agent may approve as the flag on which the Ship is or, as the case may be, shall be registered;
Approved Flag means such flag as the Lender may, in its absolute discretion, approve as the flag on which a Ship shall be registered;

Approved Flag means, in relation to a Ship, the flag under which that Ship is or is to be, following its delivery to the relevant Borrower, registered as approved from time to time by the Agent with the authorisation of all the Lenders;
Approved Flag means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands flag, the Bahamas flag or such other flag as the Agent may, with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders and SACE, approve from time to time.
